Welcome to Skillary, the PRO platform for deep development of one specific key competence such as negotiation or analytics.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Skillary services, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use.
2. Services Overview
Our offerings include professional coaching sessions, live workshops, digital learning materials, and branded merchandise designed to support your skill development journey.
3. User Accounts
Users must provide accurate information when creating an account and maintain the confidentiality of login credentials. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
4. Fees and Charges
All fees are due at the time of booking or purchase. We accept major payment methods as displayed on the checkout page. Failure to complete payment may result in suspension of access.
5. PRO Services
PRO Services refer to personalized coaching, live interactive sessions, and group workshops focused on a specific competence.
Cancellation and Adjustment
If Skillary cancels a session, you may request a refund or schedule a make-up session at no extra cost. If you cancel at least 48 hours before the scheduled time, you may apply your fee to another session or request a refund. Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 14 days. To initiate any change, visit contact form.
No-Refund Sessions
Certain premium group events involve reserved capacity and external facilitators. Fees for these sessions are final due to logistical planning and resource allocation.
6. Info Products
Info Products include downloadable guides, video courses, and other digital content.
Access and Refund
You may request a refund within 7 days of download if less than 10% of the content has been accessed. After this period or threshold, access is considered granted and fees are final. Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 10 business days. Submit requests via contact form.
7. Goods
Goods comprise physical merchandise such as apparel, books, and kits.
Exchanges and Credits
Customers may request an platform or credit within 30 days of receipt. Products must remain in original condition with tags attached. Shipping costs are not eligible for credit. Once we receive and inspect the item, approved credits will be processed to the original payment method within 14 days. To initiate, complete the process at contact form.
8. General Refund Policy
Skillary is committed to quality and fairness. If you encounter issues not addressed above, please contact us. We will review each case individually and may offer credits or refunds as appropriate, processed to the original payment method.
9. Amendments
We may update these terms periodically. Changes will be posted with a revised effective date. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance.
